The cost of waiting

Every hour a leak runs, the repair gets bigger.

A leak is the one household problem that works nights, weekends, and holidays. It does not pause while you think it over.

The cheapest day to find a leak is today. The second cheapest is tomorrow. After that the price is set by the water.

Water pouring from a broken line and pooling in the gravel front yard of a Phoenix home at sunset
  1. You pay for every gallon

The meter does not care where the water went. It bills you for the drip in the wall at the same rate as the shower.

  2. Water spreads

Drywall, insulation, cabinets, and flooring soak it up. What is a stain this week is a tear-out next month.

  3. Mold moves in

It needs only a day or two of moisture to start, and it stays long after the pipe is fixed.

Where is it leaking?

Water hides in six places. We search all of them.

You do not need to know which one it is. That is the job.

Not sure you have a leak?

The two-minute meter test.

Your water meter is the one honest witness on the property. Ask it now, before you do anything else.

If the meter says yes and you cannot see where, that is a hidden leak. Finding it is the entire business.

  1. 1

Turn off every faucet, appliance, and the irrigation timer.

  2. 2

Open the meter box at the curb and find the small leak indicator, usually a triangle or a star.

  3. 3

If it is moving, water is leaving the system this minute. Call us.

  4. 4

If it is still, write down the reading, use no water for twenty minutes, and read it again. A changed number is a slow leak.

From first call to finished repair

Four steps, and none of them involves a sledgehammer.

  1. 01

Call now, or send the form

A person answers around the clock. Describe the symptom. We give you a time, usually the same day.

  2. 02

    We prove it

A pressure test confirms the leak is real and tells us which system is losing water: hot, cold, irrigation, or pool.

  3. 03

    We pinpoint it

Acoustic sensors listen along the line. A thermal camera reads the wall and floor. The leak gets a mark, not a neighborhood.

  4. 04

    Repaired at the mark

You get a written report with photos and a quote. Our own plumbers make the repair where the pipe failed, and nowhere else.

We find it. We fix it. One call.

Finding a leak and fixing a leak are usually two companies and two appointments, with the water running in between. Here it is one crew. We prove where the leak is, show you the evidence, quote the repair, and make it. You see the pressure reading and the thermal image before you see a price. And sometimes the answer is a sprinkler valve, which we are glad to say out loud.

In their words

What the neighbors said after the water stopped.

  • “A big shout out to Skylar for the fast response, communicating his diagnosis in terms I understood and relaying the choices for fixing the plumbing issue. Skylar was very professional and respectful at all times regarding the whole situation. He stayed extra late to get our water running, going above and beyond. This is the second time calling and both times we've received excellent service and very fair pricing. Thank you!”

Questions, answered straight

What people ask before they call.

How quickly can you come out?

We are open 24 hours and offer same-day service across the Phoenix metro. Calling is faster than the form. If water is running right now, shut off the main valve and call.

How much does water leak detection cost?

It depends on the property and what we are looking for. We quote the visit by phone before we come out, so the number is never a surprise. The estimate carries no obligation. The repair is quoted separately once we know what failed, before any work starts. Waiting is the part that costs money.

Do you repair the leak after you find it?

Yes. Detection and repair are both ours. Once the leak is marked we show you what we found, quote the repair, and our own plumbers fix it, so there is no second company to wait on. If you would rather use your own plumber, the report is yours to hand over.

How do you find a leak nobody can see?

With three instruments and some patience. A pressure test proves the leak. Acoustic sensors hear water escaping a pressurized pipe. A thermal camera sees the temperature change that moisture leaves behind. No walls opened to look.

How do I know if I have a hidden leak?

Shut off every fixture and watch the water meter. If the leak indicator moves, water is going somewhere. A rising bill, a warm floor, a musty smell, and the sound of water in a quiet house are the other signs of a leak.

Do you work on commercial properties?

Yes. Offices, restaurants, retail, and multi-unit buildings. See commercial leak detection.
