We named the company after the thing we sell. Not leak detection, exactly. Certainty. The confidence to let a plumber cut one hole, in the right place, and be done. That certainty comes from instruments: ultrasonic and acoustic sensors, ground-penetrating radar, infrared cameras, pressure gauges. It also comes from technicians who have read those instruments in a few hundred Phoenix houses and know the difference between a leak and a sunlit window. The gear is the best we can buy. The expertise is the part that cannot be bought, so we built it.
What we do, and what we deliberately do not
We locate leaks. We document them with photos, thermal images, and a written report in plain English. We explain what failed and what the options are. Then we hand you the number of a plumber we trust and step aside.
