There is a comforting idea that a new house does not leak. Buckeye disproves it weekly. The pipe is modern. The installation was fast. A backhoe nicked a service line on a Tuesday, a fitting was made up by hand at the end of a long day, a trench was backfilled with the rock that was dug out of it. Warranty, and why a report matters
Most Buckeye homes are inside a builder warranty when the first leak appears, and the builder will want evidence.
