What same-day service is worth
Consider the alternative arithmetic. A leak that is located today gets repaired this week. Flooring stays down. Drywall stays dry. The insurance claim, if there is one, is small and clean. Same-day is our normal schedule, not a premium tier. Emergency after-hours calls are priced as emergencies, and we tell you the number before we roll a truck.
What if you cannot find it in one visit?
Rare, but it happens with intermittent leaks that only run under certain conditions. We tell you what we ruled out, what we still suspect, and what it would take to confirm. We do not charge you to guess twice.
